Skills Required : Managing of storage environment both internal and external clients. Monitoring of storage devices.

Job Description :

• Responsible for handling the incidents and provide high availability in storage platform.
• Responsible for following the Stand Operating procedures.
• Preparation of service delivery reports.
• Routine performance analysis and capacity analysis.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Configuring the SNMP, user accounts and template for new devices.
• Creating and expanding the file system in VNX & VNXe.
• Creating storage group and adding the host in the VNX- Storage Provisioning in VNX, CLariion ,VNXe.
• Expanding the Storage pool on request based in the VNX.
• Moving disk to hot spare based on the alerts – Disk management based on alerts.
• Creating Zone on the Brocade switches.
• Provide operational support on a 24×7 rotation basis.
• Creating Lun, Meta Lun, Thin Lun, Raid Group and Pool on VNX and Clariion .
