Minimum Qualification : B.E, B.Tech, B.C.A, M.C.A

Skills Required : Strong knowledge in Backup technology. Taking care and backup and restore for internal and external clients.

Job Description :

• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Ability to team with onshore co-workers on support and break / fix issues.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem) .
• Ability to work shift patterns and provide out of hour’s on-call support.
• Ability to provide clear and concise documentation.
• Strong knowledge in Backup technology.
• Taking care and backup and restore for internal and external clients.
• Monitoring of Backup Console.
• Managing Exchange backups.
• Knowledge about Commvault and Avamar.
• Should be good on tape library and data domain.
